When a holiday falls on your regular service
day, we will most often be able to make up the work later that week. If we are
unable to work you into our remaining weekly schedule then your service will resume the following week on your
normal service day. Do you work through
the winter? Yes.
Dogs keep making their messes all year long and we will continue to clean up
and remove
dog waste throughout winter. Some clients prefer to put service on hold for the cold
months, although there may be extra service charge for the first cleanup the following
spring. If there is a snow storm on your regular service day we will reschedule your

(Spring/Fall) is similar to our One-time cleanup in terms of
accumulation of dog fecal that needs to be cleaned and removed, but it is just
the first visit at the beginning of regular service for our new customers. The
aim of our First-time cleanup (Spring/Fall) is to ensure that a new customer's
yard is thoroughly cleaned when they start out on one of our regular cleaning
plans.
